Missing Unlocks Empty Missing Unlocks

At the present time I am missing specialization unlocks for reaching certain levels. At level 12 for example I was supposed to be rewarded with body armor but NOTHING! Now i am level 13 and supposed to get MGM ammo upgrade still NOTHING! so hopefully this issue is looked at by ea soon as i want to use these specializations.
