I Feel Stupid...

Ok... here is the deal... i purchased BFBC2 and installed it... created the account and even registered the game... now when i try to log in for multiplayer stuff it wants me to enter my serial key and then tells me it is already in use... any ideas on why it is not letting me log in with my existing account info for EA games? Please help

It happened to me for one game. Have you registered the game with your existing account? You might need to use your created account.

registered with existing account... go to login on game main menu... get asked for email and password... then get terms of service followed by game asking for the serial key again... then it tells me that my serial is already in use... that is a "DUH" moment... i used it when i installed and registered the game... looking through official forums i found the same issue a couple times but have not found a fix for it...

ok... figured out what happened... i misspelled my own email addy... now i really do feel stupid... LOL

Haha, can you change it? Thats the same thing that happened with my sister which prohibits my use of spore online, same thing with BFBC 2, she entered the wrong key and yeah

not sure if i can change it... i will have to talk to support people to see if they can change the email for me... if not i can just use it the way it is... lol

ha that sucks.... oh well..you know ppl like bribes..
